Institutional and Organizational Information:
1. Functions: the purpose of the Foundation, its mission, vision, and values.
Purpose
Fabrika is a non-profit foundation that has promoted a High-Performance Center for the Cultural Transformation of Organizations. It supports companies through various cultural transition programs, short programs focused on specific topics, team visits in search of meaningful inspiration, facilitation of ad-hoc processes, interventions to resolve conflicts, leadership training, individual process support, well-being activities, a training school for facilitators, and various research projects.
In addition to working with companies of diverse profiles (in terms of size, sector, legal structure, or origin), Fabrika collaborates with educational institutions, public administrations, sports clubs, and other agents, offering a range of activities for the general public.
It operates based on its own scientifically grounded method — the Fabrika Method — in different languages, either in its San Sebastián building, elsewhere, or virtually.
Mission
To transform organizations, through people, for a better society.
Vision
To be recognized internationally as the first High-Performance Center for the Cultural Transformation of Organizations.
