The Fabrika Method, with a scientific basis in Systems Theory, addresses how to transform the culture of organizations from a systemic vision with special attention to the most invisible aspects of the relationship between teams and people in the organization that affect its management capacity.
We provide teams and organizations with the necessary training to improve their relationships and achieve results in a more effective and affective way; also developing greater adaptability to the challenges posed by a constantly changing world.
Located in a unique environment in Donostia-San Sebastián, we have specifically designed it to generate contexts that maximize the impact of the transformative activities we carry out.
We accompany all types of organizations, from companies, associations, public administration, education, sports clubs, among others, in the development of a more effective culture.
Fabrika Facilitation School's objective is to prepare professionals in facilitation and to be a space where they can train a set of tools, techniques and skills with which to support team processes and increase their effectiveness.
Once the first two phases are over, in which you work mainly with the team, the cultural transition process enters the Transformation phase. In this phase, the process is extended to the entire organization and therefore requires greater planning.
