A program aimed at leaders from different organizations who believe that culture is a strategic priority with an impact on results and want to acquire basic skills to develop Transformative Facilitating Leadership.

Objetives:

To propose new ways of thinking, doing and relating based on the principles of the new culture.
Initiate training to gain awareness and motivation to face uncertainty and new challenges (digitalisation, talent, sustainability, etc.)
Acquire skills to develop transformational leadership that impacts teams and individuals in the organisation.
