Intelligence and Emotional Management

Emotions influence everything we do, including team processes. Creating and sustaining spaces in which people can share how they feel helps to improve people's well-being by feeling listened to and supported in their learning and development processes, to prevent tensions and conflicts derived from poor communication and to collect very valuable information to correct deficient and ineffective processes and structures.

Goals
